Critical Extracts products are manufactured in a GMP facility.

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a system for ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. It is designed to minimize the risks involved in any pharmaceutical production that cannot be eliminated through testing the final product.

SAHPRA is an entity of the National Department of Health, created by the South African Government to ensure that the health and well-being of human and animal health is at its core.

SAHPRA requires all complimentary medicines to be manufactured by a certified GMP facility.

Critical Extracts prioritizes compliance and ensures all products adhere to guidelines as issued by SAHPRA.

Critical Extracts products are manufactured under pharmaceutical standards and adhere to all the rules and requirements as set out by SAPC (South African Pharmacy Council) in term of the Pharmacy Act, 1974 (Act 53 of 1974).

This ensures that all products are manufactured under the highest level of South African pharmaceutical manufacturing standards and is inspected and approved by a member of the pharmacies council.
